Crackers
  • 2 cups almond flour super fine
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, and garlic powder. Add egg and olive oil and mix until dough forms.
  3. Place dough between two sheets of parchment and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
  4. Cut dough into cracker-sized squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Transfer parchment to the baking sheet. Bake 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden.
  6. Cool completely before serving or storing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, roll the dough very thin and bake until edges turn golden brown.
