Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, and garlic powder. Add egg and olive oil and mix until dough forms.
- Place dough between two sheets of parchment and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut dough into cracker-sized squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Transfer parchment to the baking sheet. Bake 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool completely before serving or storing.
Notes
For extra crispiness, roll the dough very thin and bake until edges turn golden brown.
