- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Slice apples into fry-shaped sticks and pat dry.
- Coat apple slices in flour, dip in eggs, then roll in cinnamon sugar breadcrumbs.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crisp.
