- Pat wings dry with paper towels. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Toss wings with olive oil and baking powder until coated.
- Mix all dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- Coat wings evenly with the dry rub mixture.
- Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately while crispy.
Notes
For extra heat, add more cayenne. For smokier flavor, increase smoked paprika.
