  • 16 oz shelf-stable potato gnocchi
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss gnocchi with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Air fry in a single layer for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

Do not boil gnocchi before air frying for maximum crispiness.
