  • 3 russet potatoes medium
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice potatoes into ¼-inch rounds.
  2. Toss potato slices with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Air fry potatoes for 10 minutes, then flip.
  5. Cook an additional 8–10 minutes until crispy.
