  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste fresh parsley or rosemary optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice potatoes evenly, about ¼-inch thick.
  2. Toss slices with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or rosemary and serve immediately.
