- Wash and slice potatoes evenly, about ¼-inch thick.
- Toss slices with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or rosemary and serve immediately.
