- Slice and bread chicken cutlets.
- Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Toss lettuce with dressing.
- Top with sliced crispy chicken, croutons, and Parmesan.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs and rest chicken on wire rack after frying.
