Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.75 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 oz diced green chilies canned, drained
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Assembly
  • 12 small tortillas corn or flour
  • 2 tbsp oil or cooking spray

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Mix chicken, cheeses, cream cheese, chilies, and seasonings until combined.
  3. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  4. Fill tortillas, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
  5. Brush or spray with oil and bake 18–22 minutes until crispy.

Notes

Air fry or pan-fry for extra crunch if desired.
