Ingredients
  

Chicken Tacos
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • hot sauce or salsa optional

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Muffin tin
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray muffin tin and press wonton wrappers to form shells. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add ground chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Fill each wonton shell with cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream, garnish with green onions, and serve with optional hot sauce or salsa.

Notes

Store chicken separately from shells to keep them crispy. Assemble just before serving.
