- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray muffin tin and press wonton wrappers to form shells. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add ground chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Fill each wonton shell with cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle with sour cream, garnish with green onions, and serve with optional hot sauce or salsa.
Notes
Store chicken separately from shells to keep them crispy. Assemble just before serving.
