Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Brine chicken in pickle juice for 30 minutes.
  2. Coat in egg and parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 22–25 minutes.
