Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 1 large flatbread or 2 small flatbreads
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 6 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 0.5 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • fresh rosemary chopped
  • black pepper

  • Baking sheet
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer sliced Brie evenly across the flatbread.
  4. Dollop cranberry sauce across the Brie.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until Brie melts and flatbread is golden.
  6. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle rosemary and pepper, then slice and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, preheat the baking sheet before adding the flatbread.
