Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush flatbread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Layer sliced Brie evenly across the flatbread.
- Dollop cranberry sauce across the Brie.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until Brie melts and flatbread is golden.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle rosemary and pepper, then slice and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, preheat the baking sheet before adding the flatbread.
