Method
- If using store-bought gnocchi, boil or follow package instructions. Drain and pat dry.
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add gnocchi in a single layer; fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook 1–2 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return crispy gnocchi to the skillet and gently toss with spinach. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
- Serve immediately with optional red chili flakes or toasted pine nuts.
Notes
Pat gnocchi dry for maximum crispiness and serve immediately for best texture.
