- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Toss wings in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
- Bake 25 minutes, flip wings, then bake another 20–25 minutes until crispy.
- Warm BBQ sauce, honey, and vinegar together in a saucepan.
- Toss baked wings in the BBQ sauce and return to the oven for 5 minutes if desired.
- Serve hot with garnish and dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, allow wings to air dry in the refrigerator for 1 hour before baking.
