  • 1 large green cabbage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Slice cabbage into thick steaks.
  3. Brush with oil and season.
  4. Roast 35–40 minutes flipping halfway.
