- Add all ingredients except pasta and greens to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Add pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Stir occasionally.
- Remove bay leaf, stir in greens, and let wilt for 5–10 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with Parmesan and fresh basil.
Notes
To freeze, omit pasta and add fresh pasta when reheating. For extra flavor, add a Parmesan rind during cooking.
