Method
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add mushrooms on top if using.
- Whisk together cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, broth, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, butter, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken and mix back into the creamy sauce.
- Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions.
- Serve creamy chicken mixture over pasta and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add 1/4 cup heavy cream at the end.
