- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Transfer beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add beans, tomatoes, broth, and spices.
- Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot with desired toppings.
Notes
For thicker chili, remove lid for the last 20 minutes.
