Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Add milk, cream, and sweetened condensed milk to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. Once smooth, stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Switch to WARM and serve with desired toppings.

Notes

Stir occasionally to prevent chocolate from sticking to the sides.
