Ingredients
  

  • 2 English cucumbers sliced
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumbers and add to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk yogurt, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Toss cucumbers with dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Drizzle with chili oil and garnish with sesame seeds and herbs.
