- Wash and slice cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice red onion. Chop fresh herbs.
- Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and herbs in a medium bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently.
- Refrigerate 10–15 minutes if desired. Serve chilled as a snack or appetizer.
