- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chicken, cheese, and frozen vegetables.
- Add noodles to the mixture and combine well.
- Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
