Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat tilapia dry and place in the baking dish. Season with salt.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and black pepper.
- Pour the lemon garlic butter mixture evenly over the tilapia fillets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
If fillets are thick, add 2–3 extra minutes of baking time.
