Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a pie dish.
  2. Layer ham, cheese, and onion in the dish.
  3. Whisk Bisquick, eggs, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour batter over ham and cheese.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Rest briefly, slice, and serve.
