Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 0.75 cup Marsala wine
  • 0.75 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Season and dredge chicken in flour.
  2. Pan-sear chicken until golden and remove.
  3. Cook mushrooms and garlic in skillet.
  4. Deglaze with Marsala wine and reduce.
  5. Add broth, return chicken, and simmer.

Notes

Use dry Marsala wine for best flavor balance.
