  • 1 lb ground sausage mild or hot
  • 32 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 10 oz Rotel tomatoes with green chilies undrained

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain grease.
  2. Add sausage, Velveeta, and Rotel to slow cooker.
  3. Cook on LOW 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until smooth and melted.
  4. Serve warm directly from slow cooker.

Notes

This dip can be doubled easily for large parties.
