Chicken
  • 2 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh

Method
 

  1. Add chicken to slow cooker.
  2. Season with taco seasoning and salsa.
  3. Cook until tender and shred.
  4. Stir in lime juice before serving.

Use thick salsa for best consistency.
