Ingredients
  

Bread Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.5 cup fresh orange juice
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Orange Glaze (Optional)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp orange juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and milk until smooth.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in cranberries.
  6. Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before glazing if desired.

Notes

Toss cranberries in a tablespoon of flour before adding to prevent sinking.
