Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and milk until smooth.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined.
- Gently fold in cranberries.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before glazing if desired.
Notes
Toss cranberries in a tablespoon of flour before adding to prevent sinking.
