  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Soften cream cheese and butter in mug.
  2. Stir in sweetener, egg, vanilla, almond flour, and lemon juice.
  3. Microwave 60–90 seconds until just set.
