Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter over low heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Mix until glossy.
- Fold in shredded coconut until evenly combined.
- Scoop onto tray and flatten slightly.
- Chill 15–20 minutes until firm.
Notes
Store in refrigerator for best texture. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
