Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Crust
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or puff pastry

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin tin.
  2. Mix chicken, soup, and vegetables.
  3. Press dough into muffin cups.
  4. Fill with chicken mixture.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken works best for convenience.
