Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crunch
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup sugar
Fluff Salad
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple drained

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Rubber spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 7–8 minutes until golden and caramelized. Let cool completely, then break into clusters.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with remaining 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in drained pineapple, then fold in whipped topping.
  6. Fold in half the pretzel clusters. Top with remaining clusters before serving.

Notes

Add pretzels just before serving to maintain crunch.
