Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
Sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup water

Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Prep vegetables and whisk sauce ingredients together.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Stir fry firm vegetables first.
  4. Add remaining vegetables and aromatics.
  5. Pour in sauce and cook until thickened.
