Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can green chilies diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream

Equipment

  • 9x13 baking dish

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken filling ingredients together.
  2. Fill and roll tortillas, place in baking dish.
  3. Prepare white sauce with butter, flour, broth, and sour cream.
  4. Pour sauce over enchiladas and top with cheese.
  5. Bake until bubbly and lightly golden.
