Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
  5. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  6. Bake 22–26 minutes until just set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

For fudgier brownies, slightly underbake and allow to fully cool.
