- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake 22–26 minutes until just set.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
For fudgier brownies, slightly underbake and allow to fully cool.
