Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup powdered erythritol
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk yogurt, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour into pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until center is set.
