- Finely shred cabbage and carrots into small, uniform pieces.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, milk, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and onion powder to form dressing.
- Combine cabbage mixture with dressing and stir until fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Stir before serving and enjoy chilled.
Notes
Best served after chilling overnight. Do not freeze.
