- Mix cottage cheese and egg until smooth.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and optional herbs to form sticky dough.
- Heat skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
- Spoon dough into skillet, spread to form flatbread.

- Repeat with remaining dough and serve warm.
Notes
