Ingredients
  

Flatbread Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp dried herbs optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix cottage cheese and egg until smooth.
  2. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and optional herbs to form sticky dough.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
  4. Spoon dough into skillet, spread to form flatbread.
  5. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Repeat with remaining dough and serve warm.

Notes

Use well-drained cottage cheese to avoid excess moisture.
