Chicken
  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs boneless, skinless
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup apple juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup water

Method
 

  1. Brown chicken in a skillet and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger.
  3. Add sauce ingredients and simmer.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
  5. Return chicken and cook until sticky.
