- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain excess grease if needed.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add chopped cabbage and butter, cooking until tender.
- Stir in Rotel, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in cheddar cheese and 1 cup of Fritos.
- Top with additional cheese and Fritos before serving warm.
Notes
Add sour cream for creaminess or jalapeƱos for extra heat.
