Ingredients
  

Skillet Meal
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green cabbage chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Frito corn chips

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add cabbage, seasoning, and tomatoes and cook until tender.
  3. Top with cheese and melt.
  4. Fold in Fritos and serve.

Notes

Add Fritos just before serving to keep them crunchy.
