Ingredients
  

Candied Grapes
  • 2 cups seedless grapes red, green, or black
  • 2-3 tbsp granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Rinse grapes thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Toss grapes with sugar and optional vanilla or cinnamon until evenly coated.
  3. Spread grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours until fully frozen.
  5. Transfer frozen grapes to airtight container and serve directly from freezer.

Notes

For added crunch, use superfine sugar. Can be stored up to 2 weeks in freezer.
