Method
- Rinse grapes thoroughly and pat dry.
- Toss grapes with sugar and optional vanilla or cinnamon until evenly coated.
- Spread grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until fully frozen.
- Transfer frozen grapes to airtight container and serve directly from freezer.
Notes
For added crunch, use superfine sugar. Can be stored up to 2 weeks in freezer.
