Method
- Wash and thoroughly dry grapes.
- Mix lemon juice with a small splash of water.
- Toss grapes lightly in lemon mixture.
- Roll grapes in sugar (and gelatin if using) until coated.
- Arrange on lined baking sheet in single layer.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Serve directly from freezer.
Notes
For extra sour flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon citric acid to sugar mixture.
