Method
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press half into the bottom of a 9x9-inch pan.
- Freeze crust for 10 minutes.
- Prepare chocolate layer by mixing pudding mix with milk, then combining with softened cream cheese and whipped topping.
- Spread chocolate mixture over crust and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Prepare marshmallow layer by beating cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread marshmallow mixture over chocolate layer and top with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares and serve frozen.
Notes
For clean slices, warm the knife slightly before cutting through the frozen layers.
