Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Chocolate Layer
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz
  • 1.75 cups milk cold
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
Marshmallow Layer
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups whipped topping
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press half into the bottom of a 9x9-inch pan.
  2. Freeze crust for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare chocolate layer by mixing pudding mix with milk, then combining with softened cream cheese and whipped topping.
  4. Spread chocolate mixture over crust and freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Prepare marshmallow layer by beating cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread marshmallow mixture over chocolate layer and top with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Cut into squares and serve frozen.

Notes

For clean slices, warm the knife slightly before cutting through the frozen layers.
