Ingredients
  

Granola Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 0.33 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Filling
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup mixed berries

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  2. Press mixture into muffin tin to form cups.
  3. Freeze 20–30 minutes until firm.
  4. Stir yogurt and spoon into cups.
  5. Top with berries and freeze at least 2 hours.
  6. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best texture, use thick Greek yogurt and allow cups to slightly thaw before eating.
