- Mix oats, nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Press mixture into muffin tin to form cups.
- Freeze 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Stir yogurt and spoon into cups.
- Top with berries and freeze at least 2 hours.
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best texture, use thick Greek yogurt and allow cups to slightly thaw before eating.
