- Cream butter and powdered sugar, then mix in vanilla.
- Add flour and salt, mix until just combined, fold in sprinkles.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes, then roll and cut.
- Bake at 325°F for 12–15 minutes. Cool completely.
- Prepare frosting and sandwich cookies together.
Notes
Use jimmies sprinkles to avoid color bleeding.
