Method
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices butter-side down and add mozzarella, cheddar, and optional parmesan.
- Top with remaining bread slices butter-side up.
- Cook sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and flavor.
