- Cook cauliflower in 2 tablespoons butter for 6–8 minutes until golden and softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and chili flakes.
- Add chicken broth and lemon juice. Simmer 5–6 minutes.
- Stir in remaining butter to finish the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and optional Parmesan before serving.
