- Bring pork chops to room temperature and pat dry.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Lower heat and add butter, garlic, and herbs.
- Baste pork chops with garlic butter for 2–3 minutes.
- Remove pork chops and rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a thermometer and remove pork at 145°F for juicy results.
