Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Finely mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Pour olive oil into a small bowl.
  3. Add garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir well until herbs and spices are evenly distributed.
  5. Add balsamic vinegar if desired and mix again.
  6. Let the dip rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with warm crusty bread or add grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
