Ingredients
  

Cheeseburger Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
Bomb Assembly
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
Garlic Parmesan Topping
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned; season and drain.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough rounds.
  4. Fill each with beef and a cheese cube; seal tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down and brush with butter.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  7. Brush with garlic parmesan butter and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture and cheese melt.
